We proudly welcome Lukas Gysin, a world leader in the entertainment business, as Nebula\u2019s startup coach. Lukas<\/span><\/a>, father of four children, started his professional career in 1999 in the Audit & Advisory department of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He also worked as an Associate Director for UBS in Business Banking and served seven years as CFO and Board Secretary in various companies and industries before his breakthrough as a startup founder at uniqFEED.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, <\/span>uniqFEED<\/span><\/a> is a cutting-edge sports tech company specializing in virtual advertising solutions for live sports broadcasts. Its proprietary software integrates seamlessly into broadcast feeds, enabling regionally targeted and customizable advertising without the need for physical overlays. As one of global leaders, uniqFEED is revolutionizing the sports advertising landscape with innovative technology and unmatched scalability.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a founder and serial entrepreneur, as well as serving on many different boards, including uniqFEED\u2019s, Lukas decided that it was time to give back to the entrepreneurial community as a dedicated Startup supporter and accredited Startup Coach at Innosuisse.<\/span><\/p>\n

Why have you accepted the role of coaching at Nebula? <\/b>
\n<\/span>Lukas<\/b>: <\/span>\u201cI accepted this role because I see a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, entertainment, and investment. Nebula\u2019s vision to redefine music ownership and investments using blockchain is both innovative and ambitious, and I am excited to help shape its journey towards realizing this potential.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Nebula offers music as an investment using blockchain-based SmartContract technology. Can having Switzerland as its headquarters help?
\n<\/b>Lukas<\/b>: <\/span>\u201cAbsolutely. Switzerland’s reputation for regulatory stability, innovation-friendly policies, and robust financial ecosystem creates an ideal environment for a blockchain-based venture like Nebula. The country\u2019s leadership in both blockchain technology and intellectual property law can help establish credibility and attract global investors\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Which major challenge will Nebula need to overcome in the mid to long term to succeed?
\n<\/b>Lukas<\/b>: <\/span>\u201cThe biggest challenge will be building trust and mainstream adoption of its concept. Educating the market on the value of blockchain-based music investments while ensuring regulatory compliance will require significant effort. Additionally, scaling the platform with quality content and meaningful partnerships will be crucial for long-term growth.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

What does it take to succeed in today\u2019s entertainment industry, specifically?

What do you wish someone had told you when you started your own entrepreneurial journey?

Entrepreneurship is a rollercoaster of highs and lows, and being prepared for setbacks while staying committed to your vision is essential. Also, the value of surrounding yourself with a supportive network of mentors and peers cannot be overstated and a lovely family is the best foundation.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
